Into The Stadium - book review - word-on-the-web

So what is it about?	This is a book encouraging churches and others to have a sport and recreation ministry.
Who is it for?	I guess this is mainly for adults who are able to and influence in the direction of the church. Although a youth group could take on the same principles for some of its youth ministry.
Does it do what it says on the label?	"The cathedrals of the land are now in the shape of new sports stadiums and fitness studios" "Provides a 'game' plan for reaching the world of Christ, through sport"
Enjoy or endure?	Mixed. At the start the background is a little hard going but it has some really great ideas and doesn't just give you an idea for you to have to then think though how it do it, but gives you plenty of examples and practical help.
Any other comments?	This is a very practical book, and if sport and the reaching communities with the gospel are things close to your heart then this is the book for you.
