| Describe it in 20 words | Debut CD from Vancouver-based four-piece, Dakona, is a strong, catchy rock album that deserves repeated listens. |
| Big Themes/Standout Tracks | It is hard to pick a couple of standout tracks as there is so much good stuff on this album. However, "Untouchable" is an instant rock classic, with strings adding that extra touch of class. "Good (I've Got a Lot to Learn)" is also a potential smash hit. Watch out for this band - they're definitely going places. |
| Anything that lets it down | Nope. |
| Who it sounds like | It would be unfair to say who Dakona sound like as they have a sound all their own. But if you're into bands like Delirious?, U2 or yfriday, then it is fairly safe to say that you find something to like about this album. Good solid, accomplished stuff. I can't believe this is their first album. |
